01 / How it works
One sign-in.
Your confirmation, too.
Your password is the first step. MyMFA verifies that it is really you approving access.

Sign in
Use your work account. A MyMFA number appears on your computer during verification.

Approve access
Confirm the matching number on your paired device. Reject any sign-in you did not initiate.

Get back to work
Once approved, your remote desktop opens automatically. No additional confirmation in the sign-in dialog.
The current pilot uses a test website for approvals. Mobile apps with push prompts and number selection are the next step.

Mobile clients for iOS and Android. The goal is a push prompt, selection of the matching number and the option to reject an unfamiliar request.

MyMFA for Android is available in internal testing. The iPhone version is in development. After pairing your account, you can approve sign-ins directly in the Android app.

If you are not signing in, reject the request.
The Android app is available to invited testers only. Open the link with a Google account included in the test and confirm that you wish to join. Push notifications are not yet available; approval requires the app to be open and access to the internal network.
